What we expect:
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven hands‑on experience managing successful Meta Ads campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- Strong technical mastery of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and GA4
- Additional experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, TikTok Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a strong advantage
- Deep analytical capability with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable performance improvements
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, project management, and time management skills
